My work explores atmosphere, movement, colour and form, using painting as a way of translating sensory and emotional experience into visual space. I am interested in how subtle shifts in tone, surface, and composition can suggest atmosphere rather than describe it directly.

Rather than focusing on literal representation, my practise moves between control and intuition, allowing works to develop through layering, erasure, and response. I’m drawn to the quiet tension between structure and looseness, where imagery can feel both grounded and unstable at once.

I am a Melbourne-based artist working from my studio, where I develop ongoing bodies of work that respond to everyday observation and shifting environments.
